PerLectric installed the first 6 MW of capacity for a 12 MW shell during the phase 1 data center construction for Coresite. This included installation of 34.5kV utility yard feeding a 90,862-square-foot infrastructure building serving a 76,624-square-foot data hall. New construction is located between two existing functioning data centers and has electrical, mechanical, fire alarm and security system integration with existing facilities.

PerLectric installed all applicable lighting, branch power, controls, security raceways and fire alarm system for a fully functional data center with an additional 6 MW of capacity for future use. In addition, PerLectric assisted the owner with load bank testing for commissioning, integration of campus fire alarm system into single address and service work in existing data center facilities.
