This project was a three-floor, 46,000-square-foot, high-end law firm fit out. The project had a complex lighting package with patterned fixtures in the conference rooms, custom linear fixtures and extensive cove lighting in the corridors and open areas. The enclosed offices had Wattstopper Room Controllers and vacancy sensors to control the lighting and receptacles to meet DC green requirements.

The tenant fit-out included:

• 800+ LED light fixtures
• Wattstopper lighting control package
• Siemens fire alarm system
• New UPS panel
• New IDF room

The project schedule was 25 weeks.
