This project consisted of a 208,000-square-foot tenant interior fit-out spanning eight floors and three phases. All three phases consisted of demolition, complex lighting system using Lutron lighting control, Siemens fire alarm, systems furniture and new panels with metering and UPS system expansion.

The lighting package consisted of over 2,500 LED light fixtures, including custom linear fixtures, pendants, wall washers and LED tape light on every floor.

The project was permitted for both electrical and fire alarm by floor. Each phase was completed on time and the final phase was completed three weeks earlier than scheduled. Overall project duration was 19 months.
