PRESIDENT
Scott joined PerLectric in 1993 and currently serves as President, guiding the company’s strategic direction and day-to-day operations. He oversees everything from project bidding to material purchases and overview of field management staff. He ensures every project is executed with efficiency, quality, and attention to detail.
Throughout his career, Scott has played a key role in delivering many of PerLectric’s most notable projects. He is especially proud of the historic Department of Homeland Security Center, the WilmerHale tenant fit-out, and KPMG Tysons, which was the first base building new construction project the company was awarded. His leadership and decades of experience continue to drive the company’s growth and strong reputation across the region.

Brian coordinates our team of project managers that work on out-of-ground new construction projects and major base building repositioning projects. He also helps acquire and plan new work. Brian is a Professional Engineer and holds LEED AP BD+C and OSHA-30 certifications.
With a passion for solving tough problems, extensive technical expertise, and a breadth of experience on some of the largest projects in the region and beyond, Brian brings exceptional value to general contractors and project owners who are looking to tackle the most complex electrical construction projects.

Craig manages our team of project managers focused on tenant construction. He performs progress reviews during projects and helps manage challenges. He enjoys building relationships with our partners. Craig is a Master Electrician and an ASHE member. Some of the projects he’s most proud of include Reston Hospital Center, Kaiser Permanente Laboratory Facility and Laborer’s International Union North America.

Brian has been part of the PerLectric team since 1994. He holds a NICET IV Fire Alarm certification. Some of the projects he’s most proud of include St. Elizabeth’s DHS Renovation, Kennedy Center Opera House Renovation and Lafayette Building Renovation.

Joyce has in-depth knowledge of the federal, state, and local laws that regulate our industry. She leads the company’s safety program and coordinates, administers, and enforces safety training initiatives for employees, ensuring a strong culture of safety across all projects. Joyce’s leadership and extensive credentials make her a critical part of maintaining PerLectric’s high safety standards.
Her expertise includes Electrical Pre-Task Planning, and she is a Human Performance Practitioner, further strengthening her ability to promote safe and efficient work practices. Joyce holds numerous certifications and trainings, including FEMA ICS-100, 200, 300, 400, 700, and 800; CHST; STSC; OSHA 30, 500, and 510; HAZWOPER 40; and Virginia Registered Land Disturber. She also serves as an SME Panel Member for the BCSP.

Zeeshan manages BIM department and supports our coordinators in successful completion of projects. He trains staff in BIM software, process and procedures. He has a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and holds a Certificate of Management – Building Information Modeling. He has experience with a variety of projects including commercial and residential high-rises, hospitals, schools, transportation and sports facilities.

As PerLectric’s Controller, Lesmes is responsible for accounting activities and financial reporting, including GAAP and SOX compliance, supervision of customer billing, accounts payable, payroll and tax filings. He has a Master’s degree in finance and is a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional. He has more than 25 years of experience in the construction and real estate sectors.
